Payment on invoice is available on the SOLO and 200 PLAN when the subscription is being paid annually in advance. Each invoice is subject to an administration charge of £25+VAT.

Yes. All clients are treated equally because client retention is an all year round endeavour!

You pay separately for using SMS. You can find the current rates in the platform when you activate the SMS service. 

A client is anyone who you provide services and we can tell who they are. We take the maximum number of clients seen in a given month and use that to calculate monthly or additional charges e.g. additional clients on the 200 PLAN.

A company / partnership with up to 4 connected directors / partners is treated as one client.
